Mr. Jain laid the foundation of the organization with his already vast experience in the various fields. Beginning his career in Indian Army, he served for over seven years from the year 1966. During his tenure in the Indian Army, he was involved in 1971 war against Bangladesh and Pakistan on both the side of the border. In the year 1973, he took early retirement from Indian Army and turn towards Indian Civil Services and cleared one of India’s toughest exams. In his vast and diverse career, he served in the Indian Revenue Department, and held various authoritative positions such as Collector Customs and Collector Excise in PAN India.
From the year 1982 to 1987, he represented Government of India in various suits as an Authoritative Representative. He pursued his law studies while holding the position with the Revenue Department and once graduated in law, he represented Government of India in various customs and excise matters. From 1987 he started his individual practice in Supreme Court of India, various High Court’s of the States, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, National Consumers Disputes Redressal Commission, Income Tax Tribunal, Customs Tribunal, etc.
During the year 1993 to 1995, he practiced in Supreme Court of South Africa and High Court of Namibia for particularly in the field of minerals and mining matters. He also represented various Public Sector undertakings such as Bharat Heavy Electronics Limited, State Trading Corporation of India Limited, Shipment Corporation of India, and many others. His expertise in complex matters relating to Taxation, Constitution, Banking, Foreign Exchange Laws, Land, and Property Laws makes him one of India’s most successful lawyers in his era.
